WHY HAVE I BEEN DOUBLE DEBITED TWICE IN TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst experiences ever with an ISP. trying to get hold of agent is virtually impossible. In July I debited twice for no apparent reason, and after numerous calls and stern words, I eventually got hold of an agent and got my refund almost a month later. Yesterday 27/09/2021, I received an sms confirming a debit order of R1 997 is going off my account (28/09/2021. Subsequent to the sms I then called Supersonic and spoke to Happiness (agent) who assured me that I will be debited the agreed monthly debit order. Low and behold, this morning an amount of R1 997 was debited off my account. This is the second time its happening..
