Why even

I have written a review before, but it just does not explain what they have put me through as a company. I have been struggling for months to get my service sorted. Resulted in cancelling, which is still here and there because of a payment I have been waiting for weeks for a refund. All the cost I spend on the phone, trying to just follow up. Also now the mental distress this is causing me. If I could've sued the company I would.
