Why do you call it customer support?

Yet again I have to use hellopeter to get somewhere! I am still waiting for a response regarding getting a refund regarding CAS-115190-K8V3S0. I also am trying to cancel this service - I did miss a call while I was driving and I can assume that may have been from supersonic - I got the following response: "Hello Oliver,

I am sorry to see that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. One of our agents has been trying to contact you on the number provided to no avail. We will keep trying to get in touch with you so that we can resolve this.

Regards, Sandra"

So trying to call only once - if that was indeed supersonic - nad leaving it there quantifies as 'trying to contact you and keep trying to contact you'.
