When you have a internet issue you cannot get decent assistance. Call Center useless nobody returns messages or replies to emails, ask for to speak to a Manager he or she is never available. I eventually got hold of the CEO Calvin Collette and he was very helpful, then all of a sudden I got response from the Help desk it took nearly 2 months to resolve my problem. Then to top it all they still bill me for service after having to use other ISP's to get internet access.??
