What's going on?????
For 3 days now Im stuck. For some reason after a network outage in my area. I dont get any 4G signal with my Supersonic simcard. If I pop a different mtn sim in to my router I get 4G+ no problem, but not with the Supersonic sim... I tried getting hold of the technicians over at Supersonic via Facbook messenger and my first ticket was just closed for no reason. Have a second one pending. Tried to phone them but after 30 minutes on hold I gave up... what's going on over there??? Usually I pop them a message via messenger and get a reply in a few minutes.
