What the F!!!! All lights on NO WIFI!!!!!

What a ****py service AGAIN!!! Again sitting with no wifi... we phone supersonic and have to hang on for 30 min... before someone actually speaks to you... then.. while we talk she just keeps quiet... wont let you know what the hell is going on!!!! Just ignoring me... we put the phone down okay she phones back and than still can’t tell me what going on!! All lights are green and on.... but i have no wifi!!! We said we want to cancel supersonic very rudely manner she says nothing just puts us trough to another customer service lady who only tells me we have to send a mail??? But still no one can tell me whats going on with my wifi. Again im paying a lot of money for something nit working!!! And NO ONE!!!!! Can help!!!! Who the hell there at supersonic is a “superstar” ????
