What the ACTUAL....

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT , (i repeat) Do not call on this ****ing company for any kind of Customer Service.... The System they use for the Customer Service is non existent... They have friendly staff, (i'll give them that) but they are useless when it comes to solving any type of issue...I have been trying to get them to release a line for over a week now... Everyone says the same thing... a cancellation takes 3 - 4 hours sir... But nothing happens... They dont communicate or get back to the customer in any type of way...First line support cant do anything help2nd line Support -Honestly this is a ball ache to deal with... nobody has the time to be chasing these kinds of providers for any kind of service....STAY AWAYY Peeeps
