What a bunch of *****S

Well one moth later and more disgusted than ever. I can not believe that Supersonic can call themselves a business . This is a disgrace and a *****. How can you as a business expect me to pay for an installation of a fibre line if i did not get any use of it R1725 for a "clawback" . I had the full intention to use your services and would be very willing to pay for anything that i got any use off. But NO YOU did not come to the party and YOU did not sort my problems out! So YOU forced me to cancel to try to get better service with a different ISP so then YOU should carry the cost incurred for anything that was installed but never working. YOU did not do YOUR part how can you hold me responsible for your incompetency???? Since day one the only thing i got from Supersonic is issues . I can guarantee you i will not pay one cent of my hard earned money to you *****s.

Does anybody know what i can do to solve this problem??????
