We have been clients for ages and have NEVER missed a payment
We have been clients for ages and have NEVER missed a payment. Today we get notification of suspension of service due to non payment. I've never received a statement from these people so how would I know they are losing my payment. I phoned ....4 times....held for nearly an hour now ...is there anyone working there....shocked and disgusted. Acc SS*** Phone me *** Karin

23 Sept 2024, 12:25I have to give credit where credit is due, I emailed all the proof of payments, turns out we had an error in our account number. The suspension has been withdrawn and our payments will be allocated to our account. A huge thank you to Heather Fourie....thank you for saving the day!!! Speedy reply from Heather who picked up and ran with our query...Heather has even arranged a monthly statement to ensure that we pick up any future errors early. So this problem is resolved. Thank you
