We had an account with them in 2021 and in March 2022 we cancelled the account
We had an account with them in 2021 and in March 2022 we cancelled the account. Router was supposed to be collected, it wasn't. Fast forward to March 2024, suddenly someone wakes up and they finally collect this thing 2 years later. Now suddenly we are being harrassed for money we paid 2 years ago. My next step now is the ombudsman.
