Warning, think twice!

The price is reasonable and they are backed by a world class network but hell they are useless at customer service, they never get back to you and their support lines are reminiscent of Telkom waiting times before they got their act together. I sincerely hope that they improve because they have great products, just useless customer service.... I ordered Air Fiber, took 2 months to install, worked for a couple of days and then more than a month later I have called the customer service center numerous times and still no resolution.
