WARNING: SUPERSONIC - THE WORST!!!!!

Supersonic's accounts department is the most *********** people I've had to deal with. This is the 3rd review I'm writing regarding the same account and it's becoming ridiculous! I have asked the accounts department for the umpteenth time to please listen to the previous calls with regards to the claw back fee.

Before we joined Supersonic I queried whether a fee would be payble if we move the line, because if so I would not join as we were busy building. I was told that there would be no fee payable. Since November 2021 I've been struggling with this claw back fee and a lot of empty promises were made.

Will this matter ever get any attention? I've sent an email to accounts during March and only received a response today. How pathetic can you get???
