Want Internet - do not contact Supersonic

I would like to complain about the fiber service I receive in my complex and want to state that is non-existent to say the least. I pay close to R1000 for a service I barely am getting and it is truly unfair. I have complained every single week and they keep promising to have it resolved. I have now got to a point where I will look for a difference provider because I can not take this anymore as I am working from home.
