Waiting for Reconnection.

I have a hard time With Supersonic in records to their reconnection , I pay my account I was owing , so I pay 50% of the amount,I sign debit order then submit everything to them and give me a case number, they tell me billing will reconnect me in an hour after repayment plans has been made , today is the second day without reconnecting me naval online when I call the first Agent Nomzamo , says the One who’s dealing with your case will reconnect you in an hour then call me I never got a Call , I call I Again’ spoke to a Agent Valencia she says to me she doesn’t have the calling number for one who can decide on me whether can I be connected or not from billing side they say will call you in an hour once either person decides to connect you she tells me they are knocked off , yet I called whilst they were working ,

This is an embarrassment service very terrible I’m sorry to say this but the least they could have done was to atlist recconnect me and I. Start working as im working from home have to wait from 24-72 hrs for them to deside whether I will be reconnected Yet they said pay 50% of the amount owed of which I did as they said ????

This is really frustrating whoever you are in billing I tell u this u dnt know what you te doing cocmpaamy pays your For nothing while doing nothing I cannot be unattended ever since yesterday so you had cases that lasted you for 2 days to attend me? It’s unprofessional yet they expect you to pay for service, on other regards to agreement, it’s not a month to month because wether you used services or not you still pay for something u haven’t used ……….it’s the same as contract …….now I will be billed for waiting the billing to decide w whether I will be reconnected or not as the last agent I spoke said .
