Waiting for my refund since November

I had opted to purchase my WIFI router that had been provided to me by Supersonic in October 2020. Upon this request , I had been quoted an amount of R1699. I was requested to pay this into supersonics account, which I did. At the end of that month , supersonic debited an access of R2499 from my account. i had been calling ever since. Good Enough the person who is said to be in charge of such refunds had only refunded me with the amount of R1699, meaning supersonic still owes me R800. every time that I have been calling in , the agent says that my complaint had been closed and that they would open a new complaint. we are now in march and I am still waiting. Clearly Good Enough is not that good at completing tasks appropriately. I am utterly disgusted by the horrible service. Agents always say that they will call me bac k and never do. I have to call them time and time again with so success.
