Waiting for a refund for more than 10 Days!!!

After letting me apply and pay the upfront fee they requested, I myself then realized my area doesn't have coverage this was after I confirmed my address with them more than two times. on the 26th May 2021, they advised that they would refund the amount and pay it back into my bank account, almost 14 days later, there's no refund. I have been told a thousand different stories and given different dates as to when I will receive my refund. Calling them is a complete nightmare as they seem to always inundated with calls and I don't remember holding on for less than 30 minutes. I can safely say I am so glad that I will not be using their services. I just wish they would pay my money back already and stop being so unprofessional, and dishonest and completely ***********. My advise - Find another service provider, Supersonic will give you sleepless nights.
