Waiting 3 months for a refund

I have been escalating this matter since beginning October. They advised they will have the matter escalated. It's been more than 3 months and I was still not paid back my money. Every time I speak to them they tell me it's with the last manager for approval. Like what the hell man, you are quite to double debit or catch on **** but can't pay my flippen money back! I need this resolved asap! I'm sick of Supersonic **** service...
