Vumatel and Supersonic - Horrific Customer service

I absolutely would not recommend this ISP even to my worst enemy. Placed my order on the 2nd of August it is the end of the month and I still haven't received any form of communication as to why the service is not running - a service that I have already been billed for. I was told activation would take 24-48 hours but it's been weeks of back and forth with their unhelpful consultants. Their WhatsApp line is just as unhelpful as their consultants. I have never been at the receiving end of such terrible service. Taking Supersonic as my ISP is one of those decisions I absolutely regret. Don't use this ISP. I'm saying this from the bottom of my heart.
