Very very very very very bad service

Very bad customer support,they are just bad.

I have been having problems with the internet for the past few days , i called the customer support,they only solution they have is to reset the router and switch off the router for 5 minutes. I'm very disappointed and I will never recommend anyone to use supersonic services.
