Very very bad technical support. Unprofessional and they never respond to the phone

I al subscribed for Premium LTE and I have been paying R999 for the past three years. The speed never reach 50Mbps. The worsts part is two days ago my service just stopped working. My router can’t register to the network. I tried calling Supersonic and I was on hold for 1hour still I got no support. I tried using their WhatsApp support. It got a reply but the attended disconnected me and never rep**** to my problem.
