Very very bad experience

I signed for this WIFI and paid the required installation and service fees upfront. The technician came instaled the router on Thursday and connected everything but 24 hrs later we experienced connectivity challenges, logged a a call and we never got assistance, we basically paid for service we never received, it's Friday now and still haven't received support, they dont call us but we call them everyday and we are told the same thing "your issue has been assigned to a technician". I don't have words to describe how terrible this company is.
