Very upset customer

I am beyond words with Super Sonic. For over 2 days my internet has been down inspite of being up to date with my payments, which is done before the 25th and the 27th of each month.

When you phone nobody answers, you email and nobody replies. I am now looking for an alternative service provider. This company wastes your time and your money. I dont know how much money I have spent holding on the line for technical support or accounts to answer your phone.
