Very upset client

You in the business of *********** people whilst people are loosing there jobs due to pandemic out there. I was told that I can only cancel my month to month subscription after 6 months, if I cancel prior to that I am liable for a cancellation fee of R600 and R250 for the courier to collect the device from my home. What a cheek because I was with Rain before and they didn't charge cancellation and courier fees.
