Very unhappy client

Supersonic has the worst customer services, I tried to contact them regarding my wifi connectivity being slow and bad , still awaiting feedback . Not 1 person has gotten back to me . But my account is paid on time yet I have to deal with this . Your service is jeopardizing my work as I have to work from home time to time . This problem need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency .
