Very slow LTE (MTN)

Called Supersonic with very slow speeds (0.37mbps) on LTE, Received reference CAS157370-28k7c2 (28 Aug 2020), today called to follow up on the issue and they said the case was closed as i should expect fluctuations in speed. It seems that at Supersonic it is acceptable to expect 0.36mbps 95% of the time on MTN LTE.

and the slow speeds continue without and feedback from supersonic... Someone called 6 days ago and asked that I send screenshots to them, I've done so and have not received any feedback as yet....image.png 34.76 KB

Still running at 0.44mbps and still no response, I'm sure they would still want to collect their monthly fee tonight...
