Very Slow Internet speeds
I am having this internet speed connection issues on daily basis and it seems your technicians dont have a clue on how to solve the problem.. I am being told to switch off the router for 45 minutes. how do I even do that? i am running a small business which is very dependent on reliable internet... but lately I am always on the phone with your technicians or your Whatsapp that you only respond after two hours... The technicians name is Sisanda
