Very Poor Service Provider

Good Day,

Please do not make use of Supersonic, they are a reseller for Evotel.

I started making use of their services 2 months ago. Supersonic had no need to complete any type of installation and only needed to activate my fibre line.

I have now requested that they do a change of address as I have experienced two home invasions in the last two months

Supersonic refuses to do a change of address and wants to charge me a cancelation fee of R899 and then still expects me to activate the line at the new address.

I do not want to cancel my subscription, but only to change the address.

I have escalated this matter to Evotel and they are trying to assist.

I have had other resellers of Evotel contact me, but not Supersonic. Seems they are not interested in maintaining customer service or keeping their customers.

They are truly a very poor service provider.
