Very Poor Service

I am beyond frustrated with the my connectivity issues and responses from Supersonic or VumaTel, I have communicated several times and I don't see any change the signal keeps dropping even 5 times a day and it is getting ridiculous and its impacting our livelihoods. The fact that I will speak to Ai every time with a different name asking me to supply the same info and nothing happens, by now I was expecting a technician coming to check what could be causing this, honestly if there was a way of switching to a better service provider I would gladly do it, you end up spending more money on data from other service providers because your trusted Fibre is letting you down.

This is not acceptable. You are paying for a service but not getting the proper service..
