Very poor service

We have been trying to get service from these guys for the past week and they respond hours later and then when it moves to the next day we have to start all over again.

We pay for a 60Mbps line but we lucky if we get 10.

Unfortunately we don't have much more of a choice of service providers to use.

Do better.
