Very Poor Service

So, supersonic decided to change clients account numbers. When I asked them to ook at my previous account, I had no reply. This was asked in November 2023.

On my previous account SO111877 I was in credit because we paid R897. 00 and we paid again on 10/11/2023 an amount of R1600. 00,so we were in credit.

Todate, no one has bothered to get back to me to say that they owe me a credit, rather keep quiet and take my money because they have changed account numbers.

So, yesterday I was advised that I would receive a statement from 01 September 2023 to today..... And guess what, NO STATEMENT RECEIVED FROM SUPERSONIC.

WHY promise a client something and YOU DON'T DELIVER. SUPERSONIC COULD NOT GIVE ME A STATEMENT YESTERDAY AS THE TEAM THAT DEALS WITH IT WAS IN A MEETING, EOW A MEETING THAT TAKES THE WHOLE DAY.

Again where is the service that I am paying for. But let the client not pay their account, then you get switched off.

OH, I forgot, there is NO Service................?????????

When you call in and query your old account, they tell you, sorry we don't have access to the old accounts, how is that supposed to help anyone.

Maybe one day, I will get my statement, who knows...
