Very poor service

I am so disappointed with the service I have received. I place an order on 03 May and till today I do not have an active service. I had to run around following up on my order and was eventually installed 2 weeks later, since I have been waiting for activation and following up. I have spoken to 4 different agents that give me vague answers and promises to call back and here I am still waiting and unable to get assistance till today. Poor customer service and severe lack of communication.
