VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUDE CONSULTANTS!! PLEASE DELIVER MY THINGS THIS WEEK!!

What is happening with Supersonic really!?? Like I made my upfront payment on the 14th and I only got a payment confirmation. When you send them a message on their WhatsApp number no one ever helps you and their call center agents are do RUDE!!! All I want to know is when will my sim and router be delivered. I NEED INTERNET FOR WORK!! I work from home and I am just so frustrated at this point. After reading so many bad reviews on your customer service and people waiting a whole month for their things to be delivered, I regret buying from you guys.
