Very poor customer service, I regret using Supersonic

I've had one problem after another with my Supersonic's internet service and customer support. The WhatsApp service always directs you to the call centre and this call centre is extremely inefficient. When I did eventually get through, I continuously found that the support agents are poorly-trained on the devices and could not assist. After logging a call for a technician, I had to wait over a week for assistance as my call had been lost in the system and I had to restart the process. I've finally cancelled my service - and even that has been a nightmare!
