Very poor customer service

Hello,

I would like to raise awareness about how terrible MTN Supersonic’s customer service is. They delivered a non-working router, and I called them for five consecutive days, but nobody answered.

I decided to cancel their service. However, to my surprise, they still deducted money from my account.

I want my money back. I have called multiple times and sent emails asking you to collect your router, but no one has responded for days.

Please refund my money and collect your router. The service is terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
