Very Poor customer service.
Bad Customer service..i have informed supersonic about my relocation and up until today which is more than 5 days my wifi is still not working. Vuma tel dispatch a technician which did all the correct connections supersonic is the once not doing what they suppose to get done so we have to now wait till monday cause the one team is not working over weekends. Very poor service provider from supersonic side i would not recommend them to anyone rather switch to another service provider dont use Supersonic.

09 Dec 2023, 16:27There is absolutely nothing you will say or do that will make me happy i want to cancel as im already busy with new service provider you guys are useless and definitely not helpful unacceptable service provider will make supersonic as bad as i can you will def loose customers
