Very poor commnunication

I got disconnected by supersonic without any sort of communication. I have not been gettimg my statements and I cannot even access them online, I have been payimg monthly. I have been trying to get assistance for weeks and no joy. Please can my stamenets be sent as I would like to do a recon as I have been disconnected incorrectly. Please can my services be reactivated. All this information is misleading
