Very good service from Dumelo

Hello, we had a problem with our Internet where everytime we turned our TV on our Internet service on our cellphones would stop. We phoned Supersonic and a very helpful man helped us through the steps and told us that technicians would fix the problem within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours our problem wasn't solved so we phoned again. Another very helpful man toom us through the steps again and through this he concludes that there was a cable we had inserted into the wrong port. He stayed on the line while we did a speed test etc. He solved our problem quickly and efficiently. His name Dumelo. For some reason we couldn't give a 5 star at the end of the call but I would've given him 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much to Dumelo for his wonderful, friendly and efficient help 🤗
