VERY DISSAPOINTED - TOP UP SERVICE

Very bad experience. I cannot upgrade to a bigger package according to the website. I must topup and had been struggling for two months now phoning the call centre and they keep on telling me that they will topup and release. I have been paying timeously but cannot be without wifi for income reference.

I am not satisfied at all
