Very disappointed

Horrible service. I ordered FLTE which arrived unexpectedly fast, but they are taking their sweet time to activate the package. I have spent hours on the phone with them, was promised 3 call backs, but received none. Was promised that my issue will be sorted this morning, but guess what... NOT SORTED!!!!!!! I've already payed upfront for a service that I am not getting. I'm pretty sure it's considered ***** in court.

Nobody I spoke to could give me a straight answer and for some reason, the only person that can activate my package is the person I logged the call with initially. I've never heard such BS in my life!!!!

Very quick to take money - not so very quick to provide the service. Still waiting
