Very disappointed
Supersonic can go fly a kite I don't want anything to do with them I ordered a "line" on the 23/01/2020 we now on 02/02/2020 and the only thing that happened was a terminal that was installed by open serve still no router and no more correspondence, so if that's what I'm going to deal with and I'm not even connected... I think it's better they go do the bulls¥€£ng with someone that will believe it.

Your application for fibre was received 17 January 2020, the 20 January 2020 an agent processed the application and sent it to installations who placed an order 21 January 2020.
We have an SLA of 7 - 14 working days to get you fully installed, We are now on day 10, kindly Whatsapp us your B circuit number as you confirmed Openserve has installed the Fibre device and we will arrange the router installation.
