Very bad technical support and service

I lost WiFi connectivity in the early hours of Wednesday and tried to log a ticket via WhatsApp and had to wait for 2 hours to get connected to a support and the issue did not get resolved my ticket was closed even through I stated I still had a problem. I tried to log a ticket again during the day ended up calling the technical support telephone line and they said it is Vumatel and have to log a ticket with Vumatel. Thursday morning I followed up on the ticket and I was told that Vumatel says the issue is resolved, but I still don't have WiFi access for two days now. I work from home and my child attend online school, this is frustrating. I have experienced so many problems with Supersonic/Vumatel.
