VERY BAD SERVICE SORRY NOT SERVICE AT ALL.

Good afternoon

I am a client of Supersonic for almost 3 years know. I did down grade as well because the service is none existing. I try to get myself connected to the internet but with no luck. There whatsup service is very poor and cannot solve my connection problem. The customer care number is just ringing with nobody attending to it. I am currently without any fiber / internet for the passed 3 days. Trying to get hold of them is a mission on its own. If you want to sign up with them, please think twice. THE IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THEM. I also got a ticket from there technical side but no feedback yet. I have no other option then to leave them and look for better service provider.
