Very bad service poor service from Supersonic

Battling with my internet since last week daytime and nighttime is not working when i contact them on whatsapp they keep telling me to reset the rooter but it does not work when i call i get transferred to one agent after the other and non off them can assist me my 198. Page says my profile is not valid i must contact my provider but my provider is not assisting me i am still stuck without internet and a rooter that is not working whatsapp assistance is not accurate and they dont answer your messages sometimes is takes 2 to 3 days before you get an answer very bad service
