Very bad service - not recommend them to any one.

Every now and then we dont have internet access. They do not warn you or send out notifications. When you call the technical department the employees doesn't know what's goiing on. They cant tell you why it's off, when it will be on again. When you call later in the day to get an update, then no one is answering the calls. They maybe are fluxed with phone calls and either dont want to answer or cant cope with the volume of calls. We are changing tomorrow from service provider.
