Very bad service and terrible customer service

The service and customer service provided from Supersonic is the worst I have ever experienced. You cannot get hold of anyone. No response via whatsapp, only response is that their whatsapp is under maintenance. When you call you are on hold forever, just cannot get through to them. All your airtime down the drain. My internet has been acting up now for the past 3 days and no luck from Supersonic. I pay for a full month of service but only get about half the month of connection. If payment is not made on time you get suspended but they forget about all the times when I have paid and had no connection. I will not recommend Supersonic to anybody. They are the worse.
