Very bad service

Once again an ISP whom offers terrible service. Why we put up with this bad service is beyond me. Their Whatsapp line is a waste of time and their call centre reps have no initiative whatsoever. Pity as I started recommending their products to customers and friends...mistake ! Good luck Supersonic you have a good product but s@#t service. The clown running the call centre should be shot at dawn. I give up on South African service in general. If you want their product try their service offering 1st ,it will turn you away very quickly. Call Centre Rep after reading her hynm sheet said I should send a complaint to *** ,the response:

This is an unattended mailbox ,the service just gets worse................

And the MD where is he ? ,guess spending his large pay cheque and showing the customer the finger..keep it up Supersonic.

Hey chief clown I challenge you to return my call...I will not hold my breath though.
