Very bad or no service at all

I am a new customer at supersonic and I have requested to have my line canceled and released via ticket about 2 day ago. There is no response via email or messenger for the past 2 days. I have spend 40 minutes on the call waiting for someone to pick up but still no success. Please do not make use of this service as there is no service at all. Now I am losing out at work and will not get paid for this as my line was ended but they are not releasing my line to join a new service provider.
