Very bad customer service
I had a problem with On The Go sim card, ever since it was delivered it never worked. I tried to contact them through Whatsapp, their technical open a ticket for me Saturday, but till today no response or any form of communication has been made to me. I tried to follow up on the calls, but they no longer replying to my messages.
