Very angry client

Hi.i have been paying for my services every month via ATM deposits.supersonic billings department are not equipped with the knowledge of tracing deposits made into their account...I had my services disconnected on Sunday up until today.i have been dealing with them since then and no relieve coming from it...I am dealing with *********** staffing that have no idea what is going on there..
