Vanessa Nkuna Supersonic Superstar

Kudos to Vanessa Nkuna a superstar from Supersonic who saved my company a full day's earnings with her ingenuity. Supersonic once more ***********ly suspended my line and she called me an hour after this happened; this was 30 min before I was about to miss my call with a leading German Multinational to conclude a transaction. She corrected the invoicing incompetence and managed to get me reconnected all in 15 minutes. She is one of the very few passionate employees hidden within our corporates. People who live with a purpose of continuous self-improvement. She protected her organization's credibility throughout my continuous ranting. I dont think she did this because its her job; she is a genuinely good person who loves what they do. With the frustrations I have had with Supersonic lasting over a year; Vanessa is the only reason I will remain subscribed to Supersonic.
